Review of the book
This is known as the Highway Design Reference Book, known in the transportation community as AASHTO. This book is based on American roads, but it is used in many countries, including Iran, with slight changes for the roads of other countries. This book is the 2001 edition and a new edition is published every few years according to changes in relations.
