These softwares solve the general form of OR problems and their algorithms are not designed for a specific problem, and this makes not to use the specific features of problems to improve the performance of the software. On the other hand, due to the high cost of purchasing commercial versions, it is difficult for students to use unrestriced softwares. The Optimization City Group has been looking for a long time to launch the Online Solver for solving OR problems without restrictions.
