The use of problems with continuous variables and integers along with non-linear relationships between decision variables in operations research literature is known as nonlinear programming with continuous variables and integers. Among the sciences that deal with this type of planning are chemical engineering, operations research, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, economics, statistics, computers, project management, and project planners. In this book, an attempt is made to provide a detailed review of various integer programming as well as non-linear programming that is widely used in practice.
